  其二、袋式除(chu)塵器工作原(yuan)理與說(shuo)明
  袋(dai)式除塵器采用滌綸針剌氈濾料(liao)作(zuo)為過濾材料(liao)(濾芯(xin)),透氣(qi),除塵。將(jiang)其制作(zuo)成一(yi)個(ge)個(ge)由金屬骨架包裹的圓柱狀中空(kong)的濾氣(qi)組(zu)件(jian)(俗稱(cheng)布袋(dai)),把數(shu)個(ge)濾氣(qi)組(zu)件(jian)裝進一(yi)個(ge)的箱(xiang)體內,簡稱(cheng)為氣(qi)箱(xiang)脈沖袋(dai)式除塵器。而布袋收塵器是(shi)由多個(ge)這樣的氣箱脈沖袋組(zu)成。
  氣(qi)(qi)箱脈沖袋除塵(chen)(chen)器,采用反吹除塵(chen)(chen)法,不僅能(neng)凈(jing)化一般的含(han)塵(chen)(chen)硫(liu)氣(qi)(qi)體,還能(neng)處(chu)理入口濃度(du)達1300g/Nm3的含(han)塵(chen)(chen)氣(qi)(qi)體。煙(yan)(yan)氣(qi)(qi)中所含(han)的水(shui)蒸氣(qi)(qi)由于其溫度(du)較高,在100℃左(zuo)右(you),初呈氣(qi)(qi)態;從(cong)噴霧塔(ta)出來后,溫度(du)有所降低,冷凝(ning)成(cheng)水(shui)滴(di)附在煙(yan)(yan)氣(qi)(qi)中的塵(chen)(chen)粒(li)上,呈現霧狀(zhuang);進(jin)入氣(qi)(qi)箱脈沖袋除塵(chen)(chen)器時(shi)塵(chen)(chen)粒(li)即被捕集下(xia)來。
  除(chu)塵(chen)(chen)清灰(hui)(hui)工(gong)作(zuo)過(guo)(guo)程(cheng)為(wei):以一個袋為(wei)例,含塵(chen)(chen)氣(qi)體(ti)由處直接進入(ru)(ru)氣(qi)箱(xiang)的(de)(de)袋室;由于(yu)(yu)有負壓(ya)(ya)(ya)風(feng)機的(de)(de)引力(li)驅(qu)動作(zuo)用,含塵(chen)(chen)氣(qi)體(ti)由外及里,自下而(er)上(shang),克服(fu)阻(zu)力(li),穿(chuan)越濾(lv)(lv)芯到(dao)達上(shang)部箱(xiang)體(ti);粉(fen)塵(chen)(chen)就會(hui)被阻(zu)擋在濾(lv)(lv)器組件之外,小的(de)(de)顆粒被吸附在濾(lv)(lv)芯的(de)(de)表面(mian)(mian),大(da)的(de)(de)顆粒直接掉到(dao)下面(mian)(mian)的(de)(de)灰(hui)(hui)斗(dou)中;經過(guo)(guo)過(guo)(guo)濾(lv)(lv)后(hou)的(de)(de)含有微(wei)塵(chen)(chen)的(de)(de)氣(qi)體(ti)在脈沖(chong)提升(sheng)閥處匯(hui)集,之后(hou)從出(chu)風(feng)口排出(chu),此時(shi)便是干凈(jing)的(de)(de)氣(qi)體(ti)。這個工(gong)作(zuo)過(guo)(guo)程(cheng)的(de)(de)過(guo)(guo)濾(lv)(lv)狀態所示(shi),過(guo)(guo)濾(lv)(lv)狀態就是對含塵(chen)(chen)氣(qi)體(ti)進行除(chu)塵(chen)(chen)。當過(guo)(guo)濾(lv)(lv)工(gong)作(zuo)達到(dao)時(shi)間(或阻(zu)力(li)達到(dao)預(yu)先(xian)設定值),清灰(hui)(hui)過(guo)(guo)程(cheng)開(kai)始。其工(gong)作(zuo)過(guo)(guo)程(cheng)為(wei):控制器發出(chu)信號,使脈沖(chong)提升(sheng)閥關閉(bi),阻(zu)斷排氣(qi);壓(ya)(ya)(ya)縮空氣(qi)脈沖(chong)閥開(kai)啟,以大(da)于(yu)(yu)0.5MPa的(de)(de)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)縮空氣(qi)經脈沖(chong)閥噴入(ru)(ru)凈(jing)氣(qi)室;并膨脹入(ru)(ru)濾(lv)(lv)袋內,并產(chan)生振動作(zuo)用,濾(lv)(lv)袋外側表面(mian)(mian)上(shang)的(de)(de)粉(fen)塵(chen)(chen),粉(fen)塵(chen)(chen)掉落(luo)到(dao)灰(hui)(hui)斗(dou)。這個動作(zuo)完成后(hou)(大(da)約(yue)6~15s),壓(ya)(ya)(ya)縮空氣(qi)脈沖(chong)閥關閉(bi),提升(sheng)閥重(zhong)(zhong)新打(da)開(kai),該箱(xiang)室的(de)(de)濾(lv)(lv)袋重(zhong)(zhong)新回到(dao)過(guo)(guo)濾(lv)(lv)狀態。
  噴霧塔的(de)尾(wei)氣(qi)中含有大(da)量(liang)的(de)粉塵(chen)和SO2等廢氣(qi),經過旋風(feng)除(chu)塵(chen)和布袋除(chu)塵(chen)后的(de)煙氣(qi)的(de)粉塵(chen)量(liang)可(ke)降到40mg/m3以下,比之(zhi)前的(de)8000mg/m3降低了兩個數量(liang)級(ji),效果非常明(ming)顯(xian)。除(chu)下來(lai)的(de)粉塵(chen)都是陶(tao)泥(ni)粉,可(ke)以回收利(li)用。
  本文中袋式(shi)(shi)除(chu)塵器(qi)(qi)由18個(ge)氣(qi)箱(xiang)(xiang)脈沖袋組成。氣(qi)箱(xiang)(xiang)脈沖袋需要定期(qi)(qi)濾芯表面(mian)的粉塵,防止堵塞。清(qing)灰(hui)(hui)(hui)(hui)時采用分箱(xiang)(xiang)(袋)清(qing)灰(hui)(hui)(hui)(hui)的方(fang)式(shi)(shi),逐箱(xiang)(xiang)隔離(li)、輪流進(jin)行,逐一按要求進(jin)行清(qing)灰(hui)(hui)(hui)(hui)直(zhi)至一個(ge)箱(xiang)(xiang)室清(qing)灰(hui)(hui)(hui)(hui)完畢,此為(wei)一個(ge)清(qing)灰(hui)(hui)(hui)(hui)周期(qi)(qi)。除(chu)塵器(qi)(qi)的脈沖噴吹寬度和清(qing)灰(hui)(hui)(hui)(hui)周期(qi)(qi),是由清(qing)灰(hui)(hui)(hui)(hui)程(cheng)序(xu)控制器(qi)(qi)自動控制連續進(jin)行,從而了清(qing)灰(hui)(hui)(hui)(hui)的效果。
  其三(san)、袋(dai)式除(chu)塵器具有綜合
  袋(dai)(dai)(dai)式(shi)除塵(chen)(chen)(chen)器的除塵(chen)(chen)(chen)效(xiao)率可(ke)(ke)穩(wen)定(ding)達到以(yi)(yi)上,可(ke)(ke)滿足(zu)排放(fang)的要求,并且不受煤(mei)種、爐況(kuang)及煙塵(chen)(chen)(chen)參數條件的影(ying)響。據2013年(nian)袋(dai)(dai)(dai)委會對燃煤(mei)電廠28臺袋(dai)(dai)(dai)式(shi)除塵(chen)(chen)(chen)器的調(diao)研結果:排放(fang)濃(nong)度全部低于(yu)(yu)30mg/Nm3,其中19臺低于(yu)(yu)20mg/Nm3,6臺低于(yu)(yu)10mg/Nm3。袋(dai)(dai)(dai)式(shi)除塵(chen)(chen)(chen)器在垃(la)圾(ji)焚燒發電行(xing)業(ye)已有(you)大(da)量排放(fang)濃(nong)度低于(yu)(yu)10mg/Nm3的業(ye)績,用(yong)于(yu)(yu)鋼(gang)鐵行(xing)業(ye)高爐煤(mei)氣凈化,出口濃(nong)度可(ke)(ke)穩(wen)定(ding)在5mg/Nm3以(yi)(yi)下(xia)。
  袋(dai)(dai)式(shi)除(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)器(qi)的(de)(de)(de)運(yun)(yun)(yun)行(xing)阻(zu)力高(gao)于電(dian)(dian)(dian)除(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)器(qi),這是不爭的(de)(de)(de)事實。近幾年通過除(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)器(qi)結構型式(shi)、氣(qi)流組織、濾料及(ji)清灰技術的(de)(de)(de)攻(gong)關,用于燃(ran)煤電(dian)(dian)(dian)廠的(de)(de)(de)袋(dai)(dai)式(shi)除(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)器(qi)運(yun)(yun)(yun)行(xing)阻(zu)力可穩定控制在(zai)800~1200Pa。袋(dai)(dai)委會調研(yan)的(de)(de)(de)28臺(tai)袋(dai)(dai)式(shi)除(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)器(qi),運(yun)(yun)(yun)行(xing)阻(zu)力全部低于1200Pa,其(qi)中20臺(tai)低于1000Pa。另外,行(xing)業(ye)專家(jia)更(geng)關注運(yun)(yun)(yun)行(xing)能耗,與(yu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)除(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)器(qi)相(xiang)比,袋(dai)(dai)式(shi)除(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)器(qi)增加(jia)了引風機電(dian)(dian)(dian)耗,但節省了電(dian)(dian)(dian)場供電(dian)(dian)(dian)能耗,調研(yan)表明總(zong)的(de)(de)(de)運(yun)(yun)(yun)行(xing)能耗基(ji)本上(shang)與(yu)3電(dian)(dian)(dian)場電(dian)(dian)(dian)除(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)器(qi)持平(ping)。以(yi)新建600MW機組配套除(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)器(qi)為(wei)(wei)例進(jin)行(xing)計算:在(zai)達到相(xiang)同排放濃(nong)度(du)時,袋(dai)(dai)式(shi)除(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)器(qi)的(de)(de)(de)運(yun)(yun)(yun)行(xing)能耗費用為(wei)(wei)334萬元(yuan)/a,而(er)5電(dian)(dian)(dian)場電(dian)(dian)(dian)除(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)器(qi)為(wei)(wei)357萬元(yuan)/a,6電(dian)(dian)(dian)場電(dian)(dian)(dian)除(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)器(qi)為(wei)(wei)407萬元(yuan)/a,能耗比為(wei)(wei)1︰1.07︰1.22。
  袋(dai)式除塵器(qi)的使用(yong)壽(shou)命主要(yao)體(ti)現在(zai)濾(lv)袋(dai)的使用(yong)年限,這(zhe)也是廣(guang)大(da)用(yong)戶關(guan)心的問題。20世紀末,多家電廠(chang)試用(yong)脈沖袋式除塵器,但都存在濾(lv)袋(dai)使(shi)用(yong)數月(yue)就要(yao)更換的(de)(de)(de)(de)嚴重問題,但目前這種(zhong)(zhong)狀況(kuang)已(yi)(yi)經改變。經過近(jin)十的(de)(de)(de)(de)攻(gong)關,電廠袋(dai)式(shi)除塵器的(de)(de)(de)(de)濾(lv)料(liao)已(yi)(yi)擺脫(tuo)了由PPS、玻纖濾(lv)料(liao)“一統天下”的(de)(de)(de)(de)局面,出了PPS、P84、PTFE、玻纖等(deng)多(duo)種(zhong)(zhong)纖維、多(duo)種(zhong)(zhong)結(jie)構型式(shi)、多(duo)種(zhong)(zhong)織造方式(shi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)濾(lv)料(liao),并針對煙塵條件制定(ding)了濾(lv)料(liao)選(xuan)用(yong)規則。加上除塵器結(jie)構、氣流(liu)組織、清灰系(xi)統的(de)(de)(de)(de)改進(jin),濾(lv)袋(dai)具(ju)有(you)3~4年(nian)(nian)及(ji)更長(chang)的(de)(de)(de)(de)使(shi)用(yong)壽命,可滿足一個(ge)爐役期(qi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)使(shi)用(yong)要(yao)求。袋(dai)委會(hui)調研的(de)(de)(de)(de)28臺除塵器中(zhong),濾(lv)袋(dai)使(shi)用(yong)壽命超(chao)過52個(ge)月(yue)的(de)(de)(de)(de)有(you)11臺,最長(chang)為92個(ge)月(yue),壽命未到4年(nian)(nian)仍(reng)在正(zheng)常(chang)使(shi)用(yong)的(de)(de)(de)(de)有(you)15臺,只(zhi)有(you)2臺除塵器因(yin)燃用(yong)高硫煤及(ji)頻繁(fan)啟停等(deng)原因(yin),濾(lv)袋(dai)曾(ceng)出現非正(zheng)常(chang)破損的(de)(de)(de)(de)情況(kuang),已(yi)(yi)及(ji)時進(jin)行了改進(jin)。
